Introducing The New Texas Scholars Program

Revamped and Ready - the Texas Business and Education Coalition is excited to announce the rollout of our updated Texas Scholar's program. In 2010, those involved in helping students plan their future will be provided increased support through the use of new approaches for connecting educators with volunteers and business leaders in each community.

We won't say too much yet, but the new program does provide greater insight, increased support and whole lot more. Through the new Texas Scholar's program…

• Students will find new support online for personal skill development and education and career planning
• Educators will have greater support as we present a program that uses new social media and digital tools in innovative ways that produce results
• Presenters and volunteers will discover and find support by using tools that empower conversation, and stimulate the mind

Are You Interested In Volunteering to Help Support and Inspire Texas Students to New Heights?

Through the Texas Business and Education Coalition the Texas Scholars program provides opportunities for business and community leaders to encourage and empower Texas students.

The new Texas Scholars program delivers on the latest studies, approaches and techniques to teach students the importance of completing high school prepared for post-secondary education, careers, and future employment. We take great pride in helping Texas students understand that education is for learning, earning, and living and that all three components are critical for their future success.

We believe education is the corner stone to a successful community and we are actively engaged in providing programs that support our state's most valuable resource. We are continuously open to discussing ways to improve the Texas Scholars program and to provide new approaches for building community support for education.
