Listing Policy

 

Prior to listing any items on the netSpray website, you need to determine if your item is allowed. Items you are selling must be listed in their appropriate category. As a netSpray seller, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that selling an item is legal in the eyes of the law.
 
netSpray does not allow any use of profanity, racist, sexual or obscene language anywhere on our website.
 
Please do not post any personal information on the netSpray website for your protection. Personal information includes email address, phone number, mailing address, instant messaging ID, or other identifying information. For your protection, please review netSpray’s ‘Selling Safety’ guidelines on our Selling Safely.

 

The following items cannot be listed or sold on the netSpray website:

 

Alcohol
 
Contracts
 
Counterfeit items of any kind
 
Credit Cards
 
Drugs and drug paraphernalia
 
Embargoed goods and goods from prohibited countries
 
Firearms, weapons and knives - examples include pepper spray, replicas and stun guns
 
Food (other than packaged food meeting all applicable federal, state and local guidelines)
 
Government documents
 
Hazardous, restricted and perishable items - examples include batteries, fireworks and Freon
 
Human parts and remains
 
Lock-picking devices
 
Lottery tickets
 
Mailing lists and personal information
 
Plants and seeds
 
Police-related items
 
Postage meters
 
Prohibited services
 
Items recalled by the manufacturer
 
Receipt templates
 
Satellite and cable TV signal de-scramblers and de-encoders
 
Stocks and other securities
 
Stolen property
 
Surveillance equipment
 
Tobacco

 

Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:

• Account suspension;
• Listing cancellation;
• Termination of your netSpray account.
• When policy violations occur, netSpray emails the seller who abused the policy and removes the item(s) immediately. You may contact netSpray to report violations by going to Contact Us.
• netSpray prohibits excessive fee abuses such as:
• Excessive shipping and/or handling charges;
• Using contact information to trade off-site;
• Post-transaction negotiation of item price.

General

 

netSpray’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of this Listing Policy.
 
We may amend this Listing Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the netSpray website. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective. This Listing Policy may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and netSpray. This Listing Policy sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between netSpray with respect to the subject matter hereof.
