Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information

You can see, review and change most of your personal information by signing on to netSpray and going to your netSpray. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once you make a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on you’re account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Agreement and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

As a Seller, can I make my ad go to a specific site?

You may choose to place an ad widget on a site, or you may choose to have netSpray place ads for you. netSpray understands that as a busy seller you may not want to place ads yourself. When you provide a commission netSpray and the affiliates in the Affiliate Network go to work making sure your offer is presented to the right audiences. Using contextual site comparison and keyword search technologies netSpray can ensure that your offer finds buyers all across the Internet.

As a Seller, how do I calculate my shipping?

Shipping is a responsibility of the seller. Sellers are encouraged to offer national and international shipping rates to buyers. To assist in this responsibility netSpray plans to offer sellers links to FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS websites to calculate and rate the cost difference in choosing a shipping service. Also, sellers are encouraged to make note and express the estimated nature of the shipping cost.

As a Seller, why would I offer a commission?

Sellers may choose to offer a commission to affiliates that are able to provide the sellers with gained exposure among the buying public. Sellers who choose to join the Affiliate Network do so simply by making a commission available to affiliates who in return help promote the sellers' offers by posting netSpray ad widgets. An affiliate might be a blogger who writes reviews about photography equipment, or a website owner who prefers the netSpray widget to a banner ad; either way a publisher gains incentive as a seller offers commission. In the netSpray Affiliate Network commissioned sales are between the seller, and the affiliate. Uncapped commission amounts, and seller controlled commission rates are just some of the features unique to netSpray. While other affiliate programs take a slice of the commission, netSpray does not.

As an Affiliate can I sell anything I want to sell?

Affiliates at netSpray are given the opportunity to sell anything that is being sold on the site. However, affiliates can view the affiliate page to find what items are selling well, and which offers include the highest commission rates.

As an Affiliate, how do I receive payment?

Affiliates are paid through the same email account they use to get their affiliate ID. Affiliates that have PayPal, or PayAlert accounts receive automatic payment for sales they make and receive an email each time this happens. If an affiliate does not have a PayPal or a PayAlert account they will receive a check, or a money order from the seller via postal mail delivery.

As an Affiliate, how much do I earn?

The sellers at netSpray determine affiliate commissions. Meaning, netspray does not interfere charging a site commission. We believe this will allow you the seller, and you the affiliate to do what you do best. Our hands-off approach is just one of the ways netSpray strives to make the user experience the best it can be.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a subscription up to the day of the next scheduled payment.


If you want to cancel a subscription:
1.  Log in to your PayPal account.
2.  Click History at the top of the page.
3.  Find the subscription in your History.
4.  Click the Details link for the subscription.
5.  Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Does netSpray sell my personal information?

At netSpray we believe your privacy is important. We do not sell your information to third party buyers, nor do we participate in heavy-handed sales campaigns. If you sign up to receive updates from our blog, or newsletter services you will receive those updates from us. However, if at anytime you decide that you no longer wish to receive email updates from netSpray you can always unsubscribe by following the instructions provided at the bottom of those emails.

How is netSpray different from other sites?

At netSpray sellers, buyers, and affiliates all come together to form one community. We've brought the features of a site like eBay with the fee-free selling of a site like craigslist, and combined that with the contextually targeted sales strategies of Google's Ad sense and Ad words to bring you netSpray. Not to be outdone, netSpray promotes it's own style and vision by giving sellers, buyers, and affiliates an innovative online marketplace. We revolutionize the online sales experience buy offering FREE sales services, a unique sales management dashboard, 'traveling billboards' to help get the word out, and an Affiliate Network.

How to add more than 1 picture

1. You can have more than 1 picture if you signed up for our Seller Advantage package 30-day free trial. The free version only allows 1 picture.
2. You can see someone's feedback if they have feedback when you click an item to buy. It's on the top right. Also, the email sent regarding your purchase has the link to click to leave feedback.
3. We have a template for stores in the works. If you want to participate and have a voice on what you want netSpray to do, we have a small invitation only PowerSellers group that works with dennis@netspray.com. If you would like to participate, send him an email.

How To: Put a netSpray Widget on Your Facebook Profile Page

This will allow all of your Facebook friends to see the widget, and it will be included in your stream of activity on their pages.

1. Go to netSpray and find something in the “buy” section to help promote.
2. Click on the item, click the “sell this” button, and..
3. customize the widget (if you wish) and select the 140×90-sized widget.

Open your Facebook account in another window.

1. In the top right-hand corner type “profile html” You should see an application with the Developer: Matthew Flynn. Select that application.
2. You’ll likely need to “allow access” click yes. Then you should be presented with a box that has two tabs on it.
3. Copy the snippet of code from netSpray, paste the code in the box replacing all the information that is originally there. Click the tabs atop the box, one says “profile box”, the other says “profile tab”. Drop the code in both of them, and click submit.

*Note:You will need to click another button that reads “submit to profile” or something similar in order to have the box shows up on your profile page. You will be directed to your profile once you do this so do it after you’ve dropped the code in the two available boxes.

I cannot update my password.

Currently if you are using Safari as a browser you will not be able to update your password. You will have to use another Internet browser such as Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Is my browser compatible with netSpray's website?

netSpray's website is compatible with Windows Internet Explorer versions 6, 7, and 8. You may also navigate the website using Safari, Firefox, or Chrome; however if you use one of these browsers, key site features will not properly function (i.e. selling; submitting listings; and buying). We plan to have compatibilities with Apple computers and browsers other than Internet Explorer real soon. Get the feed to our media page to stay updated.

Is netSpray absolutely 100% free?

netSpray is absolutely 100% free. Sellers using our Personal Account Ad Management Panel (AMP) are charged no fee to use the site. Plus, your FREE Personal Account comes with tons of features to help the seller organize and maximize the online selling process. Also, netSpray is 100% free for Publishers (i.e. website owners, bloggers, etc.) to join our Affiliate Network.

What payment methods are available?

netSpray provides you with the option of using PayPal, or AlertPay payment processors. You can find out more about PayPal and AlertPay by clicking on the name of the payment processor. Once you've decided which payment processor you'll use, you'll want to consistently carry out your transactions by using the same email account for your netSpray and the payment processor you choose to use.

Where do I go for help?

You are encouraged to use our help desk feature to open an account with our customer service staff. Upon following the link labeled help desk you will be taken to a page to explain the issue and receive assistance. We are deeply interested in making your experience with netSpray an enjoyable one. If you have any problems or simply have suggestions we hope that you'll use the help desk feature to inform and involve us.

I live in a different country, can I use netSpray?

Currently netSpray is only offered in the United States. We are always evolving our website and will soon add new countries to our website.

Where do I learn more about netSpray and the uses of the site?

Once you at netSpray.com click on the netSpray University tab at the top of the page. The netSpray University is design to give you a visual tutorial on how to implement the uses of netSpray.com. 

How do I use the eBay Importer?

You must be a Seller Advantage user to use the eBay Importer.

If you have recently signed up for Seller Advantage please confirm that you have activated your Seller Advantage features using the Product Action Code that has been emailed to your PayPal account’s primary email address.

After logging into the control panel you will notice the ‘Import From eBay’ tab.

1) Click the tab and enter your eBay user name and then click save.

2) You will be presented with instructions on how to link your netSpray account with eBay.  Click the first link on that page and a new window from eBay’s web site will open with the title “Link your eBay account to netSpray LLC”.

This is where you verify your eBay credentials.

3) The eBay window will close and you will be looking at your Ad Management Panel again. There is a second link on that page for you to click to finalize the process.

4) Now you will be presented with the option ‘Import all active items’ with 2 sub options:

Activate Items on Import – If checked all imported items are imported with a status of active.  If this is not checked you will have to manually activate the imported items by clicking each item or by using the Activate All checkbox.

Commission Factor – This will allow you to automatically apply a commission to all imported items by multiplying the selected percentage in the commission factor against the price of each item.

5) To start importing items click ‘Import all active items’.

6) Your import job has started and your screen will refresh with 4 Options:

‘Update Existing Items’
‘Import New Items Only’
‘Complete Import Job (update + new items)
‘View Past Jobs’

You can check on the status of the job at any time by clicking ‘View Past Jobs’.
